- Tarkwa Bay Beach, Lagos:
This is an artificial sheltered beach located in Lagos. It can only be accessed using a boat or water taxi from Mekwe Jetty, Marina or Tarzan Marine also known as Victoria Island. People enjoy swimming and other water sports here.
- Calabar Beach, Calabar
The beach is a popular beach in Calabr known for its beautiful views, adventurous nature and an environment for meditation. A view of a famous monument raised in respect to the victims of slave trade can be seen from this beach; giving visitors an imaginative view of the country’s history.
- Ifoko Beach, Port Harcourt, Rivers
This is one of the natural beaches that still remains unaltered. It is a white sand beach which still has its natural attributes intact. It is known for holding magnificient sea creatures in its waters and still serves as a tourist attraction site for residents and visitors.

- Asaba Beach, Delta State
The beach is an attractive environment with sparkling white sand, palm trees, tropical plants and beautiful rock formations. It is located in Otuogo, Delta State hence, it’s also called Otuogo beach.
- Unwana and Ndibe Golden Sand beaches, Ebonyi state
In the Eastern part of Nigeria (Ebonyi to be particular), there are two different locations with golden sand beach – Unwana and Ndibe.
